Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our company's digital presence across social media, job portals, and other online platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, job portal management, online recruitment platforms, and digital marketing activities. The candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to create and optimize job postings, social media content, and other digital marketing materials.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

- Manage the company's social media accounts and online presence.
- Plan and publish content regularly across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging posts, captions, creatives, and digital content.
- Maintain consistent brand communication across all platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience interactions.

AI & Digital Marketing Tools

- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other content-generation tools for creating job descriptions, social media posts, captions, and marketing content.
- Use AI tools to improve content quality, productivity, and presentation.
- Explore and adopt new AI and digital marketing tools to improve online performance.

Digital Marketing Activities

- Maintain regular posting across social media and online platforms.




- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor basic metrics such as reach, engagement, applications, and response rates.
- Identify new opportunities to improve the company's online visibility and digital presence.
- Stay updated with current social media and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Experience managing job portals and online recruitment platforms.
- Strong content writing and social media posting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create professional and engaging job postings.
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
