We are looking for an enthusiastic and technology-oriented Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to join our growing AV & Technology Solutions team.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, sales, and relationship building, with the willingness to learn and understand modern Audio Visual, Home Automation, Smart Home, and Integrated Technology Solutions.

This role involves interacting with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain robust professional relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, consultants, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through regular market visits and networking.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with architects, builders, contractors, and other key decision-makers.




- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the Presales/Technical Team to propose suitable AV and automation solutions.
- Develop a good understanding of AV, Home Automation, Smart Home, Lighting Control, Audio, Video, and related technologies.
- Learn and effectively communicate the technical benefits and applications of various products and solutions.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, quotations, and ongoing opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Presales, Projects, Procurement, and Management for smooth execution of projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
