We are looking for a proactive Maintenance associate to oversee the school's maintenance operations and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist day-to-day maintenance of school infrastructure
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and project execution.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, procurement, and planning of maintenance activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of maintenance and basic MEP (Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC) coordination.
- Ability to assist construction and renovation projects.
- Good vendor and contractor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office;




- Solid communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in maintenance
- Experience in a school, educational institution, hospital, or commercial facility will be preferred.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Faridabad Sector 9, Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
