Role Overview:

We are hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Tally Operator / Accounts Assistant for our head office located at Everest House, Kolkata.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting entries, voucher processing, bank reconciliation, and invoice generation using Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Entry & Vouchers: Accurately record daily sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers in Tally.

- Billing & Invoicing: Generate GST-compliant sales invoices and maintain organized digital and physical billing records.

- Bank & Ledger Reconciliation: Perform regular bank statement reconciliations and reconcile debtor and creditor ledgers.

- Vendor & Client Coordination: Track outstanding receivables and payables; follow up on payment clearances.

- Documentation & Filing: Organize tax invoices, debit/credit notes, expense bills, and payment receipts systematically.

- Reporting Support: Assist senior accountants with monthly stock tallies, expense summaries,



and basic GST/TDS calculation reports using MS Excel.

Candidate Requirements:

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting data entry using Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related accounting certification.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas) and MS Word.

- Basic understanding of GST rates, invoicing formats, and TDS deduction rules.

- Punctual, organized, and capable of handling numeric entries with speed and accuracy.

Work Details & Timings:

- Location: Everest House, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Kolkata (Near Maidan / Park Street Metro).

- Work Mode: Full time, In-person (Office-based).

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Standard office day shift).

- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed in-hand, based on experience).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
