1,000+ cities, same-day delivery in Mumbai and Delhi. Recently funded and scaling fast.

The role

You are the founder's chief of staff. Anything he says once — to you or to the team — becomes yours to

see through. A task he gives the team, a problem he raises, a crisis that breaks: you own it end to end,

take the updates, chase the people, and keep him informed until it is done. He should never have to ask

twice.

You run one system with the founder — a single tracker of everything open, who owns it, where it stands

and what is blocking it — and you keep it current without being asked. You are in touch with him through

the day: what landed, what moved, what needs him.

You handle every crisis first — a courier failure, a vendor dispute, a customer escalation, a payment-

gateway hold, a legal notice. You contain it, pull in whoever is needed, and bring the founder a clear

picture and a recommendation, not a problem.

You have the authority to push teams, and you use it. You own the numbers the founder looks at and the

special projects that have no home yet.

What you'll do

- Execution end to end — every task the founder gives the team, or hands to you, is yours to see

through: assign, follow up, remove blockers, confirm done, report back





- Crisis handling — first responder on anything that breaks; contain it, mobilise the right people,

keep the founder informed, close it out

- One system with the founder — maintain the master tracker of every open item, owner, status

and blocker; daily sync with the founder on what moved and what needs him

- Problems off the founder's plate — investigate, resolve across teams, or return with a framed

decision and a recommendation

- Weekly operating rhythm — run the weekly leadership review: numbers, blockers, decisions

needed; write the pre-read, drive the follow-ups

- Business reviews — monthly P&L and unit-economics review with the founder (orders, AOV,

gross margin, CAC, repeat); flag what's off before it becomes a problem

- Decision memos — any decision above ₹5 lakh reaches the founder as a one-pager: options,

recommendation, cost of being wrong

- Special projects — own the ones with no natural home: studio-store launches, new warehouse

cities, recent category launches, agency selection

- Hiring engine — run hiring rounds end to end with our recruitment partners: JDs, screening,

scheduling, offers, onboarding; the founder only does final interviews





- Vendor and partner commercials — payment-gateway, courier, agency and SaaS negotiations;

bring a recommendation, not a question

- External coordination — CA, lawyers, payment-gateway partners and courier reps on the

founder's behalf

- Investor reporting support — help the founder put together the monthly MIS and board updates

on time

- Compliance calendar — GST, PF/ESIC, ROC filings, lease renewals, trademark; work with the

CA and lawyers so nothing lapses

- Approvals — sign off expenses up to ₹25,000 without the founder; pre-screen everything above
- Operations in a crunch — a warehouse backlog, a vendor issue, a customer escalation: you step

in

What we need

- 3–6 years in consulting, chief-of-staff, founder's office or startup operations — you have owned

outcomes, not just coordinated them

- Comfortable with numbers: you build a P&L view in Sheets without being asked
- Writes clearly and briefly; can write an update or a difficult email in the founder's voice
- Direct and organised; can hold twenty threads and drop none; comfortable telling senior team

members "no"

- Absolute confidentiality — you will see everything
- Bonus: e-commerce / D2C exposure

What good looks like at 90 days

- The founder has stopped asking "where is X" — the tracker answers it
- The weekly review runs without him chasing inputs
- Any crisis in the last month was handled by you first, and the founder heard about it from you

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
