We are looking for an IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in Managed IT Services hiring and technical recruitment.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Experience hiring for Managed IT Services / IT Infrastructure roles
- Hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles
- Candidates currently working or having prior experience with System Integrator / IT Solution companies will be preferred
- Good understanding of technical profiles such as Networking, Servers, Desktop Support, IT Infrastructure, System Integration, etc.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills
