JOB OPENING – OFFICE ASSISTANT / OFFICE SUPPORT STAFF

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and responsible person to join our team as an Office Assistant / Office Support Staff.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full time
Two-Wheeler: Personal bike preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidate will assist with the day-to-day running of the office, including:

- General office assistance and support
- Following instructions and completing tasks assigned by management
- Moving, lifting and arranging office materials when required
- Handling files, documents, parcels and other office items
- Packing and dispatching materials
- Delivering and collecting documents/materials when required
- Local outdoor office work, purchases and deliveries
- Courier collection and dispatch
- Keeping the office/work area neat and organised
- Basic cleaning and general office upkeep
- Arranging materials and supplies in the proper place
- Assisting staff with day-to-day office requirements
- Any other reasonable office-related work assigned by management
- PERSONAL BIKE PREFERRED

A personal bike/two-wheeler is preferred because the job may occasionally involve local deliveries, collections,



purchases and other outdoor office work.

Valid driving licence is required if the candidate will be riding for office work.
