We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, from identifying suitable opportunities and preparing documentation to submission and follow-up. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of government/private tenders, portals, documentation, and commercial coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant government and private tender opportunities.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical and commercial information.
- Prepare and submit EOI, RFQ, RFP, and tender documents within deadlines.
- Manage online tender submissions through platforms such as GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals.
- Prepare bid-related documents, including company profiles, declarations, undertakings, authorization letters, and compliance statements.
- Coordinate preparation of technical and commercial bids.
- Track tender deadlines, corrigenda, pre-bid meetings, and bid-opening dates.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders,



EMDs, security deposits, and other tender-related documents.
- Coordinate with finance, sales, technical, legal, and management teams during the bidding process.
- Monitor tender results and assist with post-bid clarification and negotiation activities.
- Maintain a database of tenders, competitors, pricing, and outcomes.
- Ensure all submissions comply with tender terms and company policies.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of tender preparation and bid submission processes.
- Experience with GeM / CPPP / e-procurement portals is preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
