Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Sourcing
● Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding
● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels ● Handle bulk and lateral hiring requirements

2. Screening & Coordination ● Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist candidates ● Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers ● Ensure timely feedback and communication with candidates
3. Stakeholder Management ● Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements ● Provide regular updates on hiring progress ● Ensure alignment on job descriptions and expectations

4. Offer & Closure ● Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts ● Ensure high offer acceptance ratio ● Handle candidate engagement till joining

5. MIS & Reporting ● Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS/HRMS systems ● Track key metrics like TAT, conversion ratio, and closures ● Generate recruitment reports and dashboards

Process Improvement ● Improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes ● Ensure compliance with company policies Enhance candidate experience
Key Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition ● Experience in IT / Non-IT / Education hiring (as per your requirement) Solid sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search) Good communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to handle multiple roles under tight deadlines Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, CEIPAL, Workday) Preferred Skills: xperience in bulk hiring or niche hiring Strong negotiation and closure skills Data-driven mindset and reporting ability
