# Job Description – Booking Coordinator / Taxi Dispatcher **Company:** Jaggi Tour and Travel **Job Location:** Dhuri, Punjab **Job Type:** Full-Time ### Job Overview We are looking for a responsible, active, and well-organized Booking Coordinator to manage taxi bookings through online platforms, mobile applications, and WhatsApp. The candidate will be responsible for finding new trip bookings, coordinating with customers and drivers, and assigning bookings to available drivers efficiently. ### Key Responsibilities * Search and arrange taxi bookings through online booking apps and platforms. * Find trip requirements through WhatsApp groups, customer enquiries, and other online sources. * Contact customers to confirm trip details, pickup locations, destinations, timings, and fares. * Assign confirmed bookings to suitable and available drivers. * Coordinate with drivers regarding pickup time, customer details, and trip updates. * Maintain daily booking records using Excel or Google Sheets. * Monitor booking status and follow up with customers and drivers. * Help generate more bookings and ensure maximum utilization of available vehicles. * Handle booking cancellations,
