- Customer Greeting & Intake: Welcoming customers, listening to concerns, and test-driving vehicles to confirm issues.
- Job Estimation & Scheduling: Preparing detailed repair orders, including accurate cost/time estimates for parts and labor.
- Technical Communication: Translating customer requests into clear, actionable instructions for technicians.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitoring repair progress and updating customers proactively on any delays or additional needed repairs.
- Quality Control & Delivery: Explaining completed work and charges to customers, and ensuring the vehicle is returned in a clean, fixed state.
- Complaint Resolution: Managing customer complaints and ensuring a satisfactory resolution to maintain loyalty. Indeed +4
