What You’ll Be Responsible For:
* Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
* Designing and implementing engaging training programs
* Managing onboarding & employee development initiatives
* Creating and managing training content
* Managing training vendors, budgets & resources
* Tracking training effectiveness, performance & ROI
What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education or related field
* 3–5+ years of experience in Training / L&D; / Instructional Design
* Knowledge of LMS & HRIS tools
* Robust communication, leadership & program management skills
* L&D; certifications will be an added advantage
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
