Sales Head – Business Development Company: Roof & Realms Industry: Modular Construction & Interiors Location: Pune Experience: 8–15 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Managing Director Job Description We are looking for an experienced Head – Sales & Business Development to drive high-value business for Roof & Realms across Modular Construction, Builders & Developers, Resorts, Farmhouses, Villas and Interiors. Key Responsibilities  Generate and close new B2B business opportunities.  Develop relationships with builders, developers, architects, contractors and hospitality clients.  Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references and market visits.  Conduct client meetings, site visits and presentations.  Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close projects.  Lead and manage the sales team and achieve revenue targets.  Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM.  Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks.  Coordinate with design, project and execution teams for smooth handover.  Track sales performance, collections, conversions and MIS.



Required Skills  8–15 years of B2B sales/business development experience.  Robust network in construction/real estate/building industry preferred.  Proven experience in high-value project sales.  Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.  Strong leadership and team-management abilities.  Commercial understanding of construction projects.  Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.  Self-driven, target-oriented and strong in relationship building. Preferred Background Candidates with relevant experience in Modular Construction, Construction, Building Materials, Hospitality, Villas, or Real Estate industries will be preferred..
