- Skilled Qualification: Must hold a valid Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from a recognized professional body (e.g., ICAI, ICAEW, or ACCA).
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and corporate tax laws.
- Software Skills: Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and financial modeling in Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify financial risks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
