- Any Degree / 12th Pass.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Generate leads and acquire recent customers for gold loan products.
- Promote gold loan schemes and explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and guide them through the gold loan process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct field visits and local market activities to generate business leads.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Coordinate with the branch team for documentation, verification, and loan disbursement.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
