Job Title: HR InternJob Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and conduct initial screening calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining formalities.
- Assist with onboarding and documentation processes.
- Support employee engagement and HR-related activities.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain recruitment records.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn HR and recruitment processes.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
