Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Growth Head – Marketing to lead marketing strategies and drive business growth, brand visibility, lead generation, and student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing, social media, events, and other channels.
- Develop strategies to increase student enquiries, conversions, and admissions.
- Monitor marketing performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Manage and guide the marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and counselling teams for effective lead conversion.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and growth channels.
- Plan college visits, seminars, workshops, career events, and promotional activities.
- Develop and maintain the organization's brand presence across digital platforms.
- Coordinate with content, graphic design,



and social media teams for marketing campaigns.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare monthly marketing and growth reports for management.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Develop strategies for branch-wise and course-wise growth.
- Build partnerships and promotional opportunities with colleges and institutions.
- Track market trends and implement innovative marketing strategies.
- Take ownership of overall marketing performance and business growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and lead-generation strategies.
- Experience in managing marketing teams and campaigns.
- Solid analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Experience in the education/training industry is an advantage.
