Laboratory Analyst – Honey Processing Plant
- Conduct honey quality testing including Moisture, HMF, Acidity, TMR/SMR and other required parameters.
- Collect and prepare honey samples for testing.
- Maintain test reports, COAs, batch records and laboratory documentation.
- Monitor and record lot-wise test results.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration and hygiene.
- Coordinate with external laboratories for required testing.
- Report out-of-specification results to the Quality Manager.
- Follow food safety, quality and laboratory procedures.
Pay: ₹9,200.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
