About the Role

Peopleclick Learning is looking for an experienced and passionate Full Stack Trainer to join our Training & Development team. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver practical, industry-oriented training.

The trainer will be responsible for mentoring students, conducting hands-on sessions, guiding live projects, and preparing learners for real-world software development careers.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and practical Full Stack Development training to students.
- Teach both frontend and backend development concepts.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, assignments, assessments, and projects.
- Guide students in developing real-time and industry-based projects.
- Explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Provide individual mentoring and support to students.
- Conduct regular coding exercises, technical assessments, and mock interviews.
- Track student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students build strong programming and problem-solving skills.
- Keep training content updated according to current industry trends.
- Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to improve student outcomes.
- Support students with Git, GitHub, deployment, debugging, and project development.
- Assist students in preparing for technical interviews and job opportunities.

Technical SkillsFrontend

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of industry or training experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong hands-on programming knowledge.
- Previous experience in teaching or mentoring students is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Passion for mentoring and helping students build successful careers.

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer who loves teaching, mentoring, and building the next generation of IT professionals.

Pay: ₹281,000.00 - ₹440,000.00 per year
