About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented SEO Executive responsible for improving organic visibility, website rankings, traffic, and lead generation through SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search-intent analysis, and keyword mapping for website pages, blogs, landing pages, and services.

* Manage On-Page SEO, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, ALT tags, internal linking, content optimization, and keyword placement.

* Conduct Technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, broken links, redirects, canonicals, sitemap, robots.txt, page speed, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals, and schema.

* Execute ethical Off-Page SEO and link-building activities through relevant backlinks, guest posts, business listings, citations, outreach, and digital PR.

* Develop and optimize SEO-friendly content, identify content gaps, and recommend topics based on search trends and business objectives.

* Manage Local SEO, including Google Business Profile, local citations, directories, local keywords, rankings, reviews, and business information consistency.

* Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, Google Trends, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, or similar tools for analysis and reporting.

* Track organic traffic, rankings, impressions, CTR, backlinks, indexed pages, conversions, and SEO-generated leads; prepare regular performance reports.

* Work with content, design, development, and digital marketing teams to improve organic lead generation and website performance.

* Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) by optimizing content for conversational and question-based searches, FAQs, featured snippets,

* Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) by creating authoritative, factual, well-structured content optimized for AI-powered and generative search experiences.

* Strengthen brand authority, topical relevance, online presence, and accurate company/service information across relevant platforms.

* Monitor SEO, AEO, GEO, search engine, and AI-search trends and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

* Robust understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, Local, and Content SEO.

* Positive knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent, and SEO analytics.

* Practical experience with SEO tools and Google Search Console/Analytics.

* Basic knowledge of HTML, website structure, WordPress/CMS, and schema.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.

* Ability to coordinate with content writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams.

* Good hands-on experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics, GSC,* etc.

Qualification & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Communications, or related field preferred.

* 3+ years of practical SEO experience preferred.

* SEO/Digital Marketing certification will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,500.00 per month
