Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to customers and leads.
* Follow up with leads and existing customers.
* Explain products, offers, and services to customers.
* Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
* Maintain accurate customer and lead details in the CRM.
* Update call status and follow-up details regularly.
* Forward qualified leads to the sales team.
* Ensure timely follow-up on pending leads.
* Achieve assigned calling targets.
* Maintain professional communication with customers.
Salary: 8000 to 12000

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
