CFS Sales Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales / Marketing
Industry: CFS / Logistics / Shipping / Freight Forwarding preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for our Container Freight Station (CFS).
- Generate business in Import, Export, LCL, FCL and other CFS-related services.
- Approach and develop relationships with importers, exporters, freight forwarders, CHA/customs brokers, shipping lines and logistics companies.
- Conduct regular customer visits and actively generate new leads and enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable CFS solutions and commercial proposals.
- Follow up on quotations, convert leads into business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business volume.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain regular sales reports,



customer data and business development pipeline.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in CFS, shipping, logistics or freight forwarding.
- Basic knowledge of Import, Export, Containers, LCL/FCL and CFS operations will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Must be target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to take up challenges.
- Should have the confidence and ability to independently approach recent customers and generate business.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
- Freshers with strong sales interest and excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Key Objective

To aggressively develop new customers and bring consistent Import, Export, LCL/FCL and other shipping-related business to our CFS.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
