Job Summary:

Active Edu Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Course Production & Multimedia Specialist to create professional and engaging digital learning content.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in video editing, multimedia production, graphic design and e-learning content creation, along with practical knowledge of AI-powered creative tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Produce and edit instructional and e-learning videos.
- Convert scripts, PPTs and storyboards into engaging online lessons.
- Create screen recordings, tutorials, animations and motion graphics.
- Edit video and audio, including noise reduction, captions and voice enhancement.
- Design presentations, infographics, thumbnails and other digital learning assets.
- Create and prepare LMS-ready course content.
- Work closely with academic, content and instructional design teams.
- Use AI tools for video editing, graphics, animation, voice/audio enhancement, captions and content repurposing.
- Explore new AI tools and technologies to improve production quality and efficiency.
- Maintain consistency in quality, branding and course presentation.

Qualification :

Candidates with equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

2–3 years of relevant experience in:

- E-learning production
- Multimedia production
- Video production
- Educational content creation
- Digital learning
- Corporate training content
- Animation / Motion Graphics

Experience in EdTech, online learning or professional training will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate :

We are looking for a creative professional who combines traditional multimedia expertise with practical AI skills.

The candidate should understand that educational content should be created to support learning objectives, clarity and learner engagement, rather than focusing only on visual effects.

A strong portfolio is preferred.
