We are looking for a confident, well-groomed and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team at Mittal Optics, Chh. Sambhajinagar.

1. Customer Relationship Management
2. Customer Follow-Up
3. Billing
4. Complaint & Service Handling
5. Customer Experience
6. Coordination & Administration
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, retail, hospitality, premium/luxury retail, banking, insurance, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in optical/eyewear retail will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Candidates with solid communication, confidence and customer-handling skills will be preferred.
- Should be well-groomed, presentable and professional.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
