Operations — Manpower | Senior Executive |
- Manage deployment of operators, supervisors, riggers and helpers across all active sites
- Arrange travel, accommodation and PPE for all site staff
- Coordinate staff gatepass with HR and follow up until issued
- Track manpower deployment, site-wise headcount and open vacancies
- Flag absences and site manpower gaps to Operations Manager immediately
- Any graduate | Min 2–4 years | Field HR, manpower coordination or site operations preferred
Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
