F&B; Service Steward – Roles & Responsibilities.

- Welcome guests and provide friendly service.
- Set up tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
- Take guest food and beverage orders correctly.
- Serve food and beverages as per hotel standards.
- Transparent used plates, glasses and cutlery promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and service area.
- Follow proper hygiene and grooming standards.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and Captain for guest orders.
- Check guest satisfaction and attend to basic guest requests.
- Refill water and other required items on the table.
- Assist in buffet setup and service.
- Follow food safety and hotel SOPs.
- Handle hotel property and equipment carefully.
- Report guest complaints or service issues to the Senior Steward/Captain.
- Complete closing duties and ensure the service area is clean.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
