Job Overview

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with experience in Tool Room Quality, NPD Quality and Manufacturing Quality.

The candidate should have good knowledge of quality inspection, engineering drawings, CMM inspection, PPAP, APQP and process quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Incoming, In-Process & Final Quality Inspection.
- Perform quality activities for new product development (NPD).
- Inspect components as per drawings, dimensions, tolerances & GD&T;.
- Handle CMM inspection and measurement activities.
- Identify quality issues and support RCA & Corrective Actions.
- Prepare and maintain PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC & MSA documentation.
- Coordinate with Production and Tool Room teams for quality improvement.




- Conduct Process/Product Audits and maintain quality records.

Required Skills

- Experience in Tool Room / NPD / Manufacturing Quality.
- Knowledge of CMM, Engineering Drawings & GD&T;.
- Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC & MSA.
- Good understanding of quality inspection and process quality.
- Valuable problem-solving and documentation skills.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
