As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on addressing unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software functionalities to meet evolving organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and user manuals to support software deployment and maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Robust understanding of sales and distribution processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP SD modules to align with business workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order management, pricing, and billing within SAP SD.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other modules such as Materials Management and Finance.
- Capability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP environment.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
