Muthuveni Veni Edu Consult is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Academic Writer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the heart of student success crafting compelling academic documents, providing counseling support, and helping students present their best selves to universities and institutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

- Write and edit high-quality academic documents including Statements of Purpose (SOPs), study plans, autobiographies, and letters of recommendation
- Provide one-on-one academic counseling to understand each student's background, interests, and career goals
- Assist students in setting academic objectives and developing personalized roadmaps to achieve them
- Offer clear guidance on admission requirements, program options, and application procedures for target institutions
- Organize and participate in educational fairs, workshops, and webinars to promote academic programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay current on curriculum updates, program changes, and admission trends
- Track student application progress and provide timely support and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of all student interactions and documentation

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field




- Strong written and oral communication skills with impeccable grammar
- Proficiency in email drafting and professional/academic writing
- Familiarity with higher education pathways, admission processes, and career counseling techniques
- Empathetic, student-first approach with the ability to guide students through critical decisions
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and academic staff

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in academic writing, study abroad consulting, or education advisory
- Knowledge of international university applications (Taiwan, UK, Canada, etc.)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media content creation, or digital marketing for education
