- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final closure.
- Handle client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into successful bookings and closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Coordinate with sourcing and sales teams to achieve monthly targets.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
- Ensure smooth coordination with legal, accounts, CRM, and documentation teams.
- Maintain regular updates on leads, follow-ups, pipeline, and closures.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
