Sales Executive – VTS

Role: Sales Executive – Vehicle Tracking System

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, references, online enquiries, dealer contacts, and other sources.
- Contact fleet owners and companies to introduce the company's GPS/VTS solutions.
- Understand customer requirements such as vehicle tracking, route monitoring, driver monitoring, fuel monitoring, employee transportation, school bus tracking, and security.
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations.
- Explain the benefits and features of the GPS device, VTS portal, mobile application, alerts, reports, and tracking system.
- Prepare quotations and share commercial proposals with customers.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert leads into orders.
- Coordinate with the installation team for GPS installation, activation, and customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/system.
- Follow up for pending payments and subscription renewals.




- Visit existing customers to identify opportunities for additional vehicles, GPS devices, fuel sensors, RFID, dashcams, etc.
- Collect customer feedback and report technical/service issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain daily records of calls, meetings, visits, leads, quotations, and sales closures.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and activity targets.
- Keep updated on competitor products, pricing, and VTS market developments.

Sales Executive – Daily Activities

- Make current customer calls.
- Generate qualified leads.
- Schedule customer meetings.
- Conduct VTS product demonstrations.
- Send quotations.
- Follow up on open quotations.
- Visit potential customers.
- Coordinate GPS installations.
- Follow up on payments.
- Update CRM/sales reports.
- Follow up with existing customers for additional business.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
