Job Description: Civil Foreman / Site Supervisor (Execution & Finishing)
Position Overview
We are seeking an active and hands-on Civil Foreman / Site Supervisor with 2+ years of experience to manage structural masonry and premium finishing operations across multiple residential and commercial sites in Noida/NCR. The candidate must excel at technical execution, drawing-based layouts, and labor training.
Key Technical Responsibilities

- Drawing & Rangat (Layout) Alignment: Must look at architectural/structural drawings and accurately execute the "Rangat" (initial brick/block work boundary layout) on the floor with zero errors.
- BBS Execution: Read and verify structural drawing measurements and prepare accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) on the spot.
- Machinery & Safety Training: Sound knowledge of site machinery operations (concrete mixers, vibrators, power tools, lifts). The candidate must know machinery safety standards well enough to actively train, guide, and protect masons and laborers against hazards.
- Finishing Supervision:



Drive daily progress across multiple sites for internal and external finishing (plastering, high-end tiling, POP, painting, and waterproofing).
- Labor Tracking: Manage workforce productivity, maintain site discipline, and report daily progress via Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Candidate Profile & Must-Haves
- Experience: 2+ years in civil site supervision (residential/commercial layouts & finishing).
- Vehicle: Must own a bike/scooter with a valid driving license for mandatory daily site-to-site travel.
- Language & Communication: Solid spoken Hindi to instruct/train labor effectively, and basic tech skills to update progress on smartphone apps/WhatsApp.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
