Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) to oversee branch operations, sales performance, team management, and customer service. The candidate should be capable of leading teams, achieving business targets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise branch/showroom operations.

Lead, motivate, and monitor staff performance.

Ensure achievement of sales targets and business goals.

Maintain high standards of customer service.

Coordinate with management regarding operations and reporting.

Monitor inventory, stock movement, and branch activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Handle employee scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:





Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, showroom, or branch management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

Experience in preparing reports and business analysis

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
