Role Overview

We are looking for a Manual Tester with 2 to 3 years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our core applications through systematic testing, detailed analysis, and precise validation of software functionalities. The role involves understanding business requirements, designing robust test scenarios, executing manual test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with development and business teams to deliver high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse functional and business requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios and test plans.

Design, document, and execute manual test cases for web and other product-based applications.

Perform different types of testing including Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and System Testing.

Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to resolve software issues and defects.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)



and provide formal testing sign-off for software releases.

Monitor production issues, analyse root causes, and assist in troubleshooting defects reported in live systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on manual testing experience across web or enterprise applications.

Functional Testing: Strong expertise in test scenario creation, test case design, and boundary value analysis.

Testing Methodologies: Proficiency in Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and System Testing with a transparent understanding of when and how to apply each type.

Documentation: Ability to prepare high-quality test documentation including test cases, test reports, execution summaries, and defect matrices.

Database Skills: Basic knowledge of Database (Oracle) for data validation, joins, and writing simple queries.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
