Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer – Mechanical with strong hands-on experience in machine installation, commissioning, alignment, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Candidates with experience in machine tools or industrial machinery will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission machine tools at customer sites.
- Perform machine assembly, alignment, levelling and testing.
- Conduct machine trials and ensure proper machine performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and breakdowns.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Provide technical support and service to customers.
- Prepare service, installation and commissioning reports.
- Coordinate with customers during machine installation and service activities.
- Travel extensively to customer locations across India.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of mechanical systems and machine tools.




- Hands-on experience in machine assembly and alignment.
- Good understanding of mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and Dial Gauge.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Preferred Experience

4+ years of hands-on experience in machine installation, commissioning, alignment and troubleshooting.

Experience with CNC, VMC, Surface Grinding Machines, Lapping Machines or other machine tools will be an added advantage.
