About the Role

Invoteo Future Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced CCTV & Network Technician to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV and networking systems for residential and commercial projects.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, resolve technical issues at customer sites, and deliver professional installations with quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, test, and commission IP CCTV cameras, Firewalls, and NVRs.
- Configure recording schedules, storage, playback, remote viewing, and user permissions.
- Install and configure routers, managed switches, PoE switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Configure IP addressing, VLANs, DHCP, and secure remote access.
- Troubleshoot camera faults, recording issues, network connectivity problems, and Wi-Fi coverage issues.
- Carry out structured cabling, conduit work, cable termination, testing, rack dressing, and labelling.
- Position cameras for effective coverage and minimise blind spots.
- Perform preventive maintenance, service visits, and equipment checks.
- Maintain installation records, IP address details, network diagrams, and service reports.
- Demonstrate completed systems to customers and provide clear handover instructions.
- Coordinate with the project team, report blockers,



and complete assigned work within agreed timelines.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 1 years of relevant field experience, with practical skills in both CCTV and networking.
- Strong knowledge of IP and analog cameras,NVR configuration, PoE, and recording storage.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and LAN troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, and DHCP.
- Ability to terminate and test network cables and maintain neat, organised installations.
- Ability to independently diagnose faults and complete routine installations.
- Understanding of secure device configuration, password management, and customer privacy.
- Professional communication skills and a responsible approach to customer service.
- Willingness to travel locally to customer and project sites.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with access control systems, video door phones, GPON, firewalls, or VPNs.
- Exposure to Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, or equivalent networking brands.
- Relevant ITI, Diploma, or technical qualification.
- Networking certifications are an advantage but are not mandatory.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
