About the Role

FCC and FCS are seeking dynamic and motivated Virtual Admission Counselors to support student recruitment and admissions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective students, guiding them through program options, and assisting them throughout the admissions process. This role requires excellent communication skills, solid follow-up abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students and leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational background and career objectives.
- Provide information on programs, courses, tuition fees, schedules, and admission requirements.
- Recommend suitable programs based on student needs.
- Follow up with prospective students and nurture leads.
- Schedule counseling and admission appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system.
- Convert inquiries into applications and enrollments.
- Meet weekly and monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the admissions cycle.

Qualifications & Experience

- 1-2 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, admissions, education counseling, student recruitment,



or customer service.
- Experience making outbound calls and managing lead follow-ups.
- Experience working with CRM systems is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently explain programs, admission requirements, and fees.
- Strong lead management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
