Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions.
- Implement and support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, catalog items, integrations, and automations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Perform platform enhancements, upgrades, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
- Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM development.




- Robust experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro).
- Expertise in Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and ServiceNow platform administration.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Skill Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow CIS-ITAM certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
