Job Summary

Pallavi International School, Sagar Road, is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Marketing Field Executive to support the school’s student admissions and outreach activities. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the school, generating admission enquiries, interacting with parents, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the school and its academic programmes in the surrounding areas.
- Visit residential communities, institutions, organisations, and other potential outreach locations to generate admission enquiries.
- Identify and connect with prospective parents and families.
- Explain the school’s curriculum, facilities, activities, transport, and other key offerings to parents.
- Generate leads through field visits, promotional activities, and local outreach programmes.
- Follow up regularly with prospective parents and support them throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to schedule campus visits and counselling sessions.
- Encourage prospective parents to visit the school and assist in converting enquiries into admissions.
- Participate in school promotional events, exhibitions, education fairs,



community events, and admission campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, parent interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Submit daily/weekly field visit and lead-generation reports to the reporting manager.
- Conduct local market surveys and provide feedback on competing schools and parent preferences.
- Achieve assigned admission enquiry and conversion targets.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; Marketing/Sales qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in school admissions, education marketing, field sales, or customer relations will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, confident, and skilled personality.
- Ability to interact effectively with parents and the local community.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
