Job Overview

We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for Airtel Black. The role involves handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand, analyze, and resolve customer queries effectively.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.Follow quality standards and process guidelines.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.Deliver excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English,



Tamil, and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Work Schedule

- 5 working days per week
- 2 rotational weekly offs
- Rotational shifts

Salary & Benefits
