Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Marketing & Social Media Executive to build and promote our recent domestic candle brand. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, planning marketing campaigns, tracking sales performance, and developing opportunities with retail stores and corporate clients for gifting products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the brand's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and other relevant channels.
- Plan and execute a regular social media content calendar with creative posts, reels, stories and product-focused content.
- Develop creative marketing campaigns for new product launches, festivals, occasions and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers and other vendors for marketing creatives and product content.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, leads and campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Track sales statistics, product performance and customer response to identify growth opportunities.
- Approach and develop relationships with retail stores,



gifting stores, lifestyle stores and other potential retail partners.
- Identify and pitch the brand's products to corporations for employee, client and festive gifting requirements.
- Develop corporate gifting opportunities for occasions such as Diwali, Christmas, New Year, anniversaries, employee milestones, events and other celebrations.
- Prepare product presentations, catalogues and gifting proposals for corporate and retail clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for enquiries, quotations, samples, orders and customer follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify competitor activities, pricing, trends and new marketing opportunities.
- Assist in developing brand visibility, customer acquisition and overall domestic market presence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
