We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (Commission-Only) at
SourceCatch Konnect

SourceCatch Konnect is a growing performance marketing & web agency working with D2C and product brands across India, UK, USA & Dubai. We're looking for driven closers to join our sales team on a commission-only model — no cap on what you can earn.

What you'll do: Identify and reach out to D2C/product brands, pitch SCK's services (performance marketing, website development, brand strategy), close retainer deals.

What you earn: 15-20% commission on every deal closed + 5% recurring for as long as the client stays with us. No base, no ceiling.

Who we want: Hungry, self-driven, comfortable with cold outreach (LinkedIn, calls, email), prior sales/BD exposure preferred but not mandatory — we'll train the right person.

Why SCK: Real product to sell (not vague "digital marketing"), proven client results to back your pitch, flexible/remote, direct access to the founder.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
