Job Description
Job Role: HR Trainee
Location: Koyambedu, Chennai
Salary: 10,000 – 17,000 per month
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with attendance, payroll and statutory compliance activities
- Handle joining formalities and employee follow-ups
- Prepare daily HR reports and trackers
Qualification: Any Degree / MBA HR preferred
Skills: Good communication, basic MS Excel knowledge, willingness to learn HR operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
