Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Assistant to support our field sales activities. The candidate will assist the sales team in customer visits, lead generation, follow-ups, order collection, and maintaining valuable relationships with existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit customers, dealers, distributors, and prospective clients as required.
- Assist the sales team in generating new leads and business opportunities.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding inquiries and orders.
- Explain products/services to customers and provide basic product information.
- Collect customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team for quotations and orders.
- Support in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide after-sales support.
- Prepare daily/weekly field visit and customer follow-up reports.
- Maintain customer data, contact details, and sales records.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts,



and other departments for order-related requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Handle basic sales documentation and other duties assigned by the Sales Manager.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic sales and customer-handling skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up ability.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and reporting.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Freshers can also be considered; sales/field experience will be an advantage.

Education: Graduation /Diploma or any other related
Experience: 0–3 years
