ring: HR Executive Location: Jaipur Experience: Minimum 1 Year Company: Pointers Insurance Brokers Private Limited Reporting To: HR Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: • Handle Talent Acquisition & recruitment activities. • Source, screen and coordinate with candidates. • Support joining, onboarding and exit formalities. • Assist in payroll, attendance and leave-related activities. • Maintain employee records and HRMS data. • Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for smooth onboarding. • Support HR Manager in day-to-day HR Operations and employee-related activities.
