Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and improving production machinery and utility equipment to ensure safe, reliable and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production and packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults and restore equipment with minimum downtime.
- Inspect machines regularly and identify potential failures or abnormal operating conditions.
- Perform maintenance activities on beverage processing, filling, packaging and conveying systems.
- Handle equipment such as filling machines, capping machines, labelling machines, conveyors, pumps, compressors and other plant machinery.
- Support installation, commissioning, modification and servicing of machines and equipment.
- Carry out basic electrical work such as motor, sensor,



control panel and wiring troubleshooting, as applicable to qualification.
- Maintain and repair mechanical components including bearings, belts, chains, couplings, valves, pumps and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, checklists and spare-parts requirements.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments during breakdowns, planned maintenance and machine changeovers.
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely using appropriate PPE and following company procedures.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and protected working conditions in the maintenance area.
- Support utility maintenance and ensure reliable operation of essential plant services.
- Suggest improvements to reduce breakdowns, downtime, energy consumption and maintenance costs.
- Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor / Manager.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
