Job Overview

Rich Robust Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing leads, client communication, follow-ups, documentation, and daily sales activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
- Handle incoming leads and maintain proper lead records.
- Make follow-up calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule and coordinate client calls, meetings, and appointments.
- Maintain and regularly update lead, customer, and sales databases.
- Track follow-ups, conversions, pending requirements, and sales activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with clients regarding required documents, information, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requirements.
- Maintain proper records of calls,



leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Handle basic data entry and maintain Excel sheets and reports.
- Identify pending follow-ups and ensure timely action by the concerned sales executive.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales activities and lead status.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic to valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Confident and professional while communicating with clients.
- Target-oriented and responsible approach.
- Prior experience in Sales Coordination, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Back Office will be preferred.
- Experience in financial services / stock market will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be organized, confident, detail-oriented, and good at follow-ups and client coordination.

Immediate joiners may be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
