About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Production Executive to support the planning, coordination, and on-ground execution of corporate and other events. The candidate will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and support production requirements for corporate events and other projects.

· Coordinate with vendors for stage, fabrication, LED screens, sound, lighting, branding, printing, décor, furniture, and other event requirements.

· Assist with venue visits and understand production requirements.

· Prepare production checklists, schedules, and timelines.

· Coordinate with vendors and the internal event team during event setup and execution.

· Supervise on-site installation, setup, and dismantling activities.

· Ensure all production elements are ready before the event begins.

· Follow up with vendors regarding materials, deliveries, and timelines.

· Handle and resolve basic production-related issues during events.

· Coordinate with multiple teams and vendors during live events.

· Check event materials and branding elements before and after events.





· Maintain vendor quotations, bills, production records, and other documentation.

· Ensure production activities are completed within the given timeline and budget.

· Travel to event venues as required.

Required Skills:

· Basic understanding of event production and on-ground event execution.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

· Good problem-solving ability.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Basic understanding of stage, AV, LED, sound, lighting, fabrication, and event setup.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

· Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced event environment.

Preferred Candidate:

· Freshers with a degree/diploma in Event Management, Management, or a related field can apply.

· Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Event Production, Event Management, Event Execution, or Experiential Marketing are preferred.

· Freshers with relevant educational or internship experience are also encouraged to apply.

· Should be comfortable with travel and working on event days/weekends when required.

· Should be proactive, responsible, and comfortable coordinating with multiple vendors and teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
