About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, maintain dashboards, and provide accurate insights to support day-to-day business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from different departments.
- Maintain accurate records and databases in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Create and update dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
- Monitor key operational data and highlight discrepancies or gaps.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Generate reports related to sales, inventory, attendance, payroll, operations, and other business functions as required.
- Coordinate with different teams to collect and verify required information.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
- Identify trends and provide basic analysis to support business decisions.
- Handle ad-hoc data and reporting requirements from management.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, etc.
- Ability to work with large datasets and maintain accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
- Knowledge of dashboards/data visualization tools will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BCA, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, operations, or data management.
- Candidates with robust Excel skills and relevant internship experience can also be considered.
