About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications and APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build reliable solutions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the overall product development lifecycle.

What You Will Do

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and web services.
- Develop backend solutions using Python/Django, Node.js, or Go.
- Design, optimize, and maintain SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following software design principles.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application and production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.




- Use Git/GitHub workflows for version control and collaborative development.
- Contribute to improving application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of professional experience in backend development.
- Robust hands-on experience with Python/Django, Node.js, and/or Go (Golang).
- Good understanding of REST APIs and web services.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub workflows.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience participating in code reviews and collaborative development.
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
